Could the FISA abuse go completely unpunished?

That is what Gregg Jarrett, a Fox News legal analyst, thinks.

“Your former colleague, Congressman Doug Collins, said today that he believes the John Durham investigation into the origins of the Trump-Russia hoax and the FISA abuse and so forth will lead to criminal charges. I personally doubt that very much,” Jarrett said to Jason Chaffetz.

Chaffetz also expressed doubts, but said that Barr and Durham were the best hope, since FBI Director Christopher Wray didn’t strike him as a reformer.

The 33-year-old announced she has a brain tumor.

“I’m with an amazing medical team and surgery is imminent,” she wrote. “Thank you for continued support and understanding at this time.”

There was an outpouring of support, including from Meghan McCain and Megyn Kelly.

McHenry is not giving up, calling her battle with cancer “Just another thing to take on.”
