And now, while New York faces a crippling budget deficit of about $60 billion dollars through 2022, Governor Cuomo just scored himself a raise. One that makes him the highest paid governor in all of the nation.

Despite the fact that the state panel who evaluates salaries has recommended no raises for anyone for the next four years. What are they thinking?
