They can’t both be telling the truth – so who’s the big fat liar?

Despite what the folks on the Left would like you to believe, there are no “versions” of the truth. There’s the truth, and then there’s the lie.

And there’s always a whole bunch of rhetoric that falls somewhere in the “Middle Earth of Misinformation.”

But when it comes to whether Trump did or did not request 10,000 troops ahead of the January 6th Capitol rally turned riot – it either happened or it didn’t.

And Pelosi is saying he’s just making it all up.

However, this wouldn’t be the first time that there was talk that recommendations to increase troop presence in the Capitol ahead of January 6th being ignored. Or overlooked. Or whatever.

“I definitely gave the number of 10,000 National Guardsmen, and [said] I think you should have 10,000 of the National Guard ready. They took that number. From what I understand, they gave it to the people at the Capitol, which is controlled by Pelosi. And I heard they rejected it because they didn’t think it would look good,” Trump told Hilton. “So, you know, that was a big mistake.”

Yeah, I happen to remember hearing something about the “optics” of this, too.

When it’s all said and done (and yeah, the digging isn’t stopping anytime soon) we’ll finally know the truth. And when we do, we’ll know which one of these two was the big fat liar…
