As most U.S. citizens celebrated the arrival of 2020, border agents near Laredo, Texas were fending off physical attacks by those attempting to illegally enter the country.
Two of the agents were treated at a local hospital for injuries suffered when the would-be illegal immigrants punched, kicked and wrestled with them during multiple fights.
Those would-be immigrant admitted they tried to enter the U.S. by crossing the Rio Grande from Mexico. They denied assaulting the agents.
“Our agents are recovering from their injuries,” said U.S. Border Patrol Agent Hector Garza, vice president of the National Border Patrol Council, according to Breitbart. “But this attack illustrates the dangers our agents face on a daily basis.”
He said the violence against agents appears to be increasing as the migrants become more desperate to illegally enter the U.S.”

Oops, looks like there’s a bit of trouble in the Democrat family.
Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) was on Fox News’ Tucker Carlson Tonight and said twice-failed Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is a “warmonger,” according to the Washington Examiner.
“Look to her influence on going to launch regime change over in Syria, Libya,” Gabbard said. “You look throughout — obviously, her support for the war in Iraq — throughout her history. Her track record is well known.”
Of course Gabbard also threw punches at President Trump’s foreign policy, but hey — that’s expected. We’ll take the Hillary jab.

Hidden beneath reports that Elon Musk’s Tesla hit an $81 billion valuation was some less-than-stellar company news.
Those across Massachusetts have waited almost 12 months for service on their Tesla solar panels, reported Breitbart. That’s left advocates unable to use the solar panels for months.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (D., Minn.) should definitely quit. The member of “The Squad” said the U.S.-Iranian tensions triggered her post-traumatic stress disorder.
“I feel ill a little bit, because of everything that is taking place and I think every time I hear of conversations around war, I find myself being stricken with PTSD,” Ilhan Omar (D-MN) said during a press conference, according to the Washington Free Beacon.
“And I find peace knowing that I serve with great advocates for peace and people who have shown courage against war.”
