Happy 2020, dear reader. Let’s ring in the New Year with some odd, unusual and inspiring news from the end of 2019.

Crime & Punishment
Did you know that former Nissan CEO escaped custody by hiding in an empty musical case?

Carlos Ghosn was on house arrest in Japan, charged with financial crimes.
A group that identified themselves as musicians visited the 65-year old Ghosn on December 30 and spirited him away.

Just when you thought all New York politicians were certifiable, along comes Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY).
