Honestly, I expected this to happen about 10 minutes after the Inauguration was over.
But, since they’ve been too busy engineering and then dealing with crises, it took just a little longer.
Governor Newsom is really thrilled about it, because he’s hoping that ending lockdowns might distract from the explosion of interest in recalling him.
